Intended use: for the production of original cookies with a bright pronounced flavor and aroma of soft caramel toffee. Thanks to the use of mix Toffee Making, it is possible to introduce into the recipe up to 30% of crumbs of various types as a full component, starting from pastry (cookies, cakes), ending with return crumbs from puff pastry, bread, including rye flour. Finished products have a rich caramel color.
